Nah, he probably just moved. The MA plate has a 2007 sticker, and the CA plate has a 2008 or 2009 sticker.

It's easy to catch when it randomly shows up in my news reader (seriously, I had never seen this site in there before) with the heading: Funny iTunes TOS Image.

Makes me glad I subscribed to the Google Staff Picks bundle.
