What?! No it isn't. Even disregarding the fact that the version posted has been photoshopped to remove "the offending article", it's a baby swimming - no sexual connotations to that at all. On the basis that we don't permit nudity, it's removed, but it's not "child porn".

The Scorpions' "Virgin Killer" album cover is a lot closer to the accusation.

I have that one - original cover, on vinyl.. Not the best purchase I've made, but it was strange(r) times then (-:
