furmula 1 suddenly crashes

When I was driving with a f1 in arcade mode on the test course, a f1 suddenly smashes up to the wall on the outer corner and then another one and another till they all were crashed. I don't know if it is a mistake in the game but it was kinda cool driving under them while they were in the air REAL MATRIX STILE

I was wondering if someone else also saw this

If you look for eggheads video of the F1 cars on the Nurb, one of them randomley spins out on the straight.

I had something simular. I was B-Specing the Sarthe with the F1. and suddenly it just carshed by itself in the wall. the last place car reappered in second place about 15 secs back.
