G-29 Force Feedback issues

Is anyone else experiencing a total change in force feedback in their g29 after the last update?

It's like my steering only has feedback at turn in then goes totally dead

It's most noticable at Northern Isle as the feedback goes totally dead mid corner. Other tracks feedback is way more violent over curbs.

None of my settings have changed. I last raced October 28th, now on November 2nd it's FUBAR

None of my settings have changed. I last raced October 28th, now on November 2nd it's FUBAR

After the last update it feels much better. It's not perfect but I'm sure they will update over time to improve even further

im using emulated G29 via gimx. The feeling so far so good.

Actually just noticed after 1.05 for the first time ever the ffb sensitivity 1 actually works with g29 - no rattle what so ever.

Currently running at max torq 4, Ffb S1. FFB and steering is butter smooth i though g29 couldnt achieve. Started using countersteering assist weak as it gives you that extra feedback by lightening the steering when the rear loses traction.. Very intuitive, immersive and i'd even dare to say realistic. 👍

I run 7/8/4 in the options, it was recommended on here and it really does give decent feel.

What id still like to see is better ffb for front suspension load. Ie. Heavier steering while braking.

@musicaldeath it's just effect caused your car suspension bottoming out, if tuning is available just adjust it to handle more compression, if on BoP race learn to avoid such compressions and ways to release compression from suspension by your driving inputs.

Before 1.05 update I was extremely happy with 7/8/4 FFB settings, now after update getting best feel on 7/7/3 settings, pre update settings were giving too much centering spring effect after update and masked tires actual direction.

Spent 2 hours with new g29 both in the LGS and in GTS.

Dissapointed. Track gives no feedback at all. Depending on the option configuration I feel some feedback in the chicanes but that’s about it. The DS4 gives better feedback than this thing, especially in big bends.
