V8 Super Series

Do you like the Australian V8 Supercars? Wish that you could race in a replica series in Gran Turismo 7? Well you're in luck! G.Force Racing is proud to present the V8 Super Series using V8 rear wheel drive Gr.4 class vehicles. Shootout qualifying*, standing starts, multiple tire compounds, Bathurst endurance race! Races will be bi-weekly, Sundays at 11am PST / 7pm BST
This series is heavily inspired by the Australian Supercars championship, and includes the following:
- V8, RWD Gr.4 cars with BOP on
- Suspension, Differential, Transmission, Brake settings adjustment (downforce excluded)
- Standing starts w/false start check
- Top 5 shootout qualifying (minimum 10 drivers required)
- Hard and Medium compound tires (one type per race, not mixed)
Weather for each race is based on the forecast for the real life circuit location. If rain is available in-game and the real life forecast is for rain on the day we race, we're racing in the rain! Intermediate tires will be made available.
Championship points are earned after every race for each driver and accumulated for each team. Drivers must complete 50% of the race to be eligible for points. At the end of the season, one drop round will be factored into the final points result. (lowest scoring round dropped)

Drivers are expected to race clean and fair. If you collide with another driver which results in them going off circuit, please wait for them to recover and redress the position. Drivers found to be causing multiple incidents throughout the season my be asked to withdraw from the championship.

Round 1: Lake Maggiore Circuit - East End R (2x)
Round 2: Dragon Trail Seaside (2x)
Round 3: Brands Hatch GP (2x)
Round 4: Tsukuba Circuit (2x)
Round 5: Mount Panorama Bathurst (Endurance)
Round 6: Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta (2x)
10 races are 2x30 minute sprints
1 race is a 60 minute endurance
Round 1 start TBD based on driver registrations (minimum 10 required)

All cars MUST have 19" center lug wheels. You can find them in Rays, Enkei, BBS, and OZ Racing
