Well, I finally noticed today (after months of use) that for some reason, my G25 isn't braking 100%. It only brakes 50%. I quickly unplugged it, tossed in the DS3, and saw that it can brake 100%. Uhm, so not only am I feeling kinda retarded for not noticing earlier. I have a DFPRO im about to plugin and try, but is anyone else having this problem? Which wheel setting do you pick to use with the G25? Might be faulty or something. But even with that..

I still hit a 1`38 without being able to fully use my brakes lol.

100% braking is the norm with the G25. Rather annoyingly it actually reaches 100% braking without 100% saturation of the pedal.

It uses the DFP settings in-game, but there's no adjustment for the pedals. Unless you have depressed the pedal whilst the game was booting (resulting in incorrect calibration during startup) it's sounds like your pdeals are the problem.

Yeah, I think the pedals are the issue. DFPRo works like a charm.. dropped the time down after the first try. Kinda embarrassing. I hit a wall of time and was going to give up I kept doing the same time over and over.. now braking on that first turn is simple...

Stem aside timeattack, blademask is comin for ya!

GT for a while has auto calibrated the pedals.

What it does is remember your maximum input and treat that as the range that the pedal will travel.

You need to press the brake pedal to the floor sometime at the start of each session to allow the game to calibrate.

I believe this also happens with the accelerator, but after calibration my brake seems to be able to hit 100% easy, but I really have to have the accelerator flat to the floor for it to be at 100%.

I don't understand why when someone has a "problem" with their wheel they say it's broken. The first thing anyone should do if their wheel is doing something funny is to connect it to a PC and check the wheel that is why they have the screens so you can see that all buttons are working!
