There is a guy on Ebay who sells just G27 pedals and shifters. He may know where to get the G27 shifter.

Thanks for the effort, but I'm looking for the OEM G25 shifter. I know you can get the G27 shifter to work on the G25 wheel, but I don't want to sink too much money into it.

If I can't find OG25, I might splurge and get the Thrustmaster RS300, TH8A shifter, and some T3PA pedals.
