Hi, as the title suggests, I have a problem with my Logitech g27 and wheel stand pro. The bottom of the pedal base where my heel of my braking foot rests, has developed a 2 inch vertical crack. Obviously this is only going to get worse. So iam wondering if anybody else has the same issue ? How can I prevent further damage to the area ? cheers

Maybe cut a piece of plywood to the size of the pedals base and use the hard mounting holes to mount it to the pedals. That should help in holding the pedal base together. Im not sure how it mounts to the stand so that may need to be modified also.

Funny that I had the same problem.

I put a thin plate of 2mm aluminium under the front of the pedal base. I'm not aggressive with the pedals and just the pressure of the lock down bar keeps it there.

If you have a similar piece of steel or aluminium similar to the one that is used to lock the pedals into position then that would be fine. Mine is about 4 inches wide.

nice one fella, not thought of that, if its working for you then il have a go. cheers

Not noticed this myself but I'll keep an eye on it. Always be careful not to overtighten the single mounting screw and follow the setup instructions for the wheelstand pro, by mounting the G27 transformer between the clamp and the base plate.

An extra support for that area is a good idea, good thinking.
