G27 clutch not right??

Well just put the game In and updated it. Haven't played in over a month. I goto a practice course and try shifting with my clutch and shifter. It shifts with me not pushing the clutch down. And when I push the clutch in, nothing happens.. anyone have a solution to this..?

I don't have a wheel, but I've heard that you need to depress the clutch before starting to calibrate it. :)👍
 
All you do to use the clutch is step on it. Then you will need the clutch to shift. If the game isn't responding to the clutch, it's either a problem with the wheel or the game.
 
the wheel worked great and everything was fine before this last update. All the pedals except the clutch respond as they should. I was driving the 02 jaguar S-Type R.
 
The thing is I've always been able to use the clutch on any car regardless of it being an auto or not. This is upsetting me. I'm going to pull it back out and try some other cars. This is disappointing.

Some cars have incorrectly modelled transmissions, like the Ferrari 458, whose transmission behaves like a manual, so the clutch will work on cars like these. Some cars are modelled correctly however, like the Lexus IS-F and Mercedes-Benz SL55, so the clutch is useless in these cars.
