G27 force feedback settings in GT5 have no effect?

In the settings menu it says the FF settings only apply to Driving Force GT and Pro wheels. Why does it say this? Is there any way to change the force feedback settings on a G27?

It does affect the G27, I suppose the DFP and DFGT show up because they're "official" tho.

It sure does affect the g27. the only thing I can thnk of that did that was the setting where you can change the wheel setting. Errr, you know, switch it to simulation. That setting is only for the DFGT and pro
