Is there any aftermarket wheel sensor? Or anything to fix my wheel? I tried tightening the screws but still have the issue, is there anything I can do to fix it? I don't wanna buy another wheel, they are expensive!

I remember there was someone selling brass replacement optical sensor wheels. 30$ though . You could try glueing the optical wheel to the shaft, but that would be only a temporary solution. Or http://jlvrh.de/design/Sensor_Rep_UK.pdf

Glueing the optical wheel to the shaft? Do you hace any pic that explain me please?

It's talking about the sensor on one of the motors:

The 'optical sensor wheel' I was talking about is that little black wheel on the motors shaft.

I assume your issue is that the wheel off-centers during the game, right? It's caused by the optical wheel developing a micro crack due to sudden changes of tempeature thus starting to slide on the shaft and giving invalid inputs to the sensor.

The method in the tutorial is making a small notch in both the wheel and the shaft and then filling it with epoxy. That forms a mechanical bond and holds the wheel tightly on the shaft.

Sorry to bother, but I dont understand much of english, what does making a small noth means? And fill it with epoxy? What is epoxy? Glue?

Yes, epoxy is a type of glue.
making a notch = making a gap, I suppose. (check the image in the .pdf file above).
