Very simple.
Get a tiptronic or something similar. Remove all the things you donn't need, keeping the lever, the mechanisme to move the lever, the switch inside this mechanisme.
Attach the wires of the switch inside this tiptronic thing to the G27 gearbox or the paddle shifters behind your G27 wheel and you have a G27 sequential shifter.
