G27 undetectable?

Ok so I got a g27 and downloaded the software and said it isn't detecting it.
After talking to logitech they gave me a custom one 64-bit windows vista
software and it didn't work!. I tried deleting it off my hard drive and re-installing but it still isn't detecting it. :mad:

I tried control panel one but it won't let me save my changes.
Please help.

There should be no software to install on your PS3.It should be detected automatically.
 
None of the CD's or anything is needed to be installed for the G27 to work.

Simply connect all peripherals(Pedals,Transmission,Power source) to the wheel then turn your PS3 on with the G27 connected or as I do, connect it after powering on with a controller so the wheel does not automatically become controller 1.
