Game Completion Question - NOT 99.8%!!

Again, NO, this is not about the 99.8% glitch I've heard alot about :P

I'm just wondering that, if to get 100% completion:

1) Do you have to have all Golds? Or can you just win the Championships with overall-first places, which give you the prize and the car? Does an all-Gold race count different than an overall-Gold race?

2) Does a B spec win count the same as an A spec win?
 
Yes you do need to come in first place in every race. For example, if you placed third in a race series of 5 races, you can simply enter that race as a single race and win it for the percentage. License test golds do not apply for completion.

B-spec wins count the same as A-spec!
 
So even if I won the Championship, but didn't get all firsts, I need to to the individual races again to get first to count for completion, correct?
