Game Data Utility Question

I'm thinking about freeing up some space on my PS3 by deleting the 12 GB GT5 file in the Game Data Utility folder. I'm debating if I should because I'm afraid I'll lose certain special cars like my chrome line and DLC cars. :nervous: I know I'll lose replays but that's not such a big deal. Does anybody know if I'll lose any cars or will it be okay if I just keep my save data?

Also, will it be safe to play with my save data on older versions of the game without losing my cars once again?

You'll lose chromeline, and the new DLC cars, but you can just reinstall the chromeline, you know you will no longer have access to online features right?

Yeah, that's fine because I only plan to uninstall it for a short period of time and finish some other games. Then I'll update it again to play online. How can I get the cars back then btw?

I found out the answer on my own. If anybody is wondering, you would go to the Playstation Store and on the upper right hand side, select download list, scroll down, and re-download from there.
