Game Frezzes after update

It feels like it has been years since i played GT6, since it was so bad.. Now I am back, and i installet the Update and jumped right at the new Sesson Events, but I can´t enter... It keepss Frezzzing everytime, and drives me mad! So I was woundering if im the only one with this problem?

Edt. Now i can´t open the game up... WTF...

Your GT6 disc might need a clean, use a soft cloth on the silver side of the disc and wipe from the middle of the disc outwards in a straight line, and see if that helps.
 
Mine froze when I went into 'quick match' after update 1.15 , black screen for 15mins gave up pressing buttons and had to press the power button to reboot PS3
 
Fixed by un/re-installing the game and patches.
