Game has reset

The game recently reset. Everytime I start the game it takes me back to the very start even though when you click on my profile it shows where I should be at.

I have just completed update (1.09) and still having the same issue.

Getting extremely frustrated with this game and it's constant unreliability.

Is there anything I can do?
