Game not loading

Hi everybody first post here, my question is that my games are being read and then after pressing on the game the screen goes black and nothing happens, i've vacuumed it of dust, but still nothing. Something different happens with each game i try though, as driver won't even load, i have also done a full reset and nothing. Please help i desperately want gt5 back!!

No, just move this thread there by going to thread tools.

Answer to your question would probably be because you used a vacuum on your console. Never do that as it messes with the electronics. If it's a bad case, your PS3 may need to be sent to Sony for repair.
 
If no disc based games load BUT games downloaded, or anything off the hard drive, work, your blu ray lens might need to be replaced.
 
Thankyou i'm going to phone sony tomorrow, and i did it like people have done on the youtube videos so hopefully is alright thanks for the help! :)

Ive just this minute fitted a new bluray drive on a second console. cost me 25 quid of the bay delivered in 2 days. machine given to me as a non worker now it works brilliant. Bobs going to get hammered now while I race online.

Was it easy to do, if nothing comes of it i might try this.
 
Just won a new ps3 at a raffle!! So i decided to open the old one up, and the dust was unbelievable! Hopefully that means its fixed
