Just had a thought about game saves. Is it not possible to share your game save with other people? If you were to get a 100% save and the sharer told you there user name(NOT PSN!!!), would you not be able to open it?
Just wondering.... If this in anyway violates the AUP or PSN T&C's please say!
Cheers!

You cannot do this unless you have a specific piece of commercially available software to reassign the save file, because each savefile is coded to the PSN details of the file owner.

And besides, it's very naughty and God kills a kitten every time someone does it.

You don't need to re-assign save files to to this. You just need to be logged in with the same user information of the original save file holder. I use my save at home and at my brothers house.

So to answer your question it will work, just use the same user log-in for the 2nd ps3 and you can use your save file. I'm not sure how it works if both (same accounts) are used simultaneously though.

To your second question, no, it does not violate Sony's TOC as you are not modifying anything and merely using an existing account on 2 machines. Perfectly legit.

I answered his question. You did not.

But you can share your save with another machine. You just need to make the same account on the second ps3.

Other words, your answer was a little vague and off. Telling someone they need other software to do this is not correct.

It IS correct, if you want to use someone else's gamesave file and do not have their PSN details, again, as per the original question...

(All hypothetically speaking, of course)
