Game Save Retrieve

My PS3 crashed a week ago, got a new one from Sony. Uploaded my GT5 game save date, and it said it is not the right user, and it created a new one.
Can I somehow get it back? Can someone play with the file to unlock it?

It should work if you use your PSN account originally used on the game save, but this would probably be better suited for the GT5 forum 👍.

You can move it yourself using the Thread Tools in your post, unfortunately I can't close them though.

It wasn't lag. I move it right after you posted it, you likely didn't hit refresh on The Help Desk section (which is for GTPlanet, not GT5/PSN/etc., issues) and then started another.

I could be wrong, but you are allowed to have 5 systems with the same profile, so you should be able to create a new user name(use the same name as your other system) on your newly received PS3. Log on to PSN and select "use existing user account", fill in the appropriate information that is asked, then put your save file on your new system and you should be set.
