Game wont load in all screens

I didn't see this in the FAQ anywhere, didn't know where to ask it.
I cannot get some parts of my game to load.
I tried over and over to load the licence IB-3, it gets up to the menu where you press the checkered flag, then just a black screen after that.
Also, the samba races in special events.
I cleaned the disk, it still does it.
I cleared the cashe, no better.
I tried it logged off, still wont work.
What can I do to fix this?:crazy::ouch::nervous:

Have you tried uninstalling the game data and the reinstalling it?

Where is that? I've looked and I think its in the area called "Game Data Utility" a file called "Grand Turismo 5", right? so delete that? Then what, upload it again or just try the game again without it?
 
Ok, I have deleted the data util file and reinstalled, I still cannot play the samba races special events.

Nothing I try works.
 
I had the black screen for a while, the only fix i found was deleting all the patches and re-downloading unfortunately. :crazy:
