I am a bit of an idiot as I have been sharing the wrong track for the custom track sorry about that guys. I have fixed that now also the room is open for free practice.
 
Eifel and Laguna are no longer on the calendar they will be replaced with Circuit de la Sarthe 2009 and Suzuka Circuit with a spot at the end of the calender for a bonus race tbd. Weather will also be removed from the series as it will just cause frustration and this is about having a fun racing experiance so sunny days for every race.
 
I would like to suggest Road Course Indy for the replacement of Laguna. It is a technical track but also not to extreme.
 
I am ok with that so Circuit de la sarthe 2009 and Indy Road Course seem like a good switch up.
 
How did the rest of testing go? I'm a bit worried about the attendance, doesn't seem to be many of us!
 
I am also a little worried but we will see.
 
hello I miss understud because I was at 4pm est ready for the test session but now I can see was at 11 am sorry

I have a practice room open in my lounge for the next hour or so all are welcome.
 
I will be sending out a message thru PSN tonight if you do not answer it within the next 48hrs you will be removed from the series.... The message is just asking if you still want to be a part of the series no answer to me means no. I know some of you are in no matter what but will get this message as well.
 
Hey Gamesta666, did you get my message on PSN yesterday? Doesn't look like I can make it to this weekend's race. Got an autocross event to go to. Sorry.
 
I am ready for the race tomorrow. But I just found out that at the end of July my inlaws are going camping so I might be ducking out for that. And then the first weekend of August for sure and maybe the 2cd I will not be able to make it.
 
Free Practice is Open From Now until 11:55 am EST 4:55 PM GMT in my Lounge Qualification starts at 12:00 pm EST 5:00PM GMT See you on the track.

It was a good race for those of us that could take part. Next week will be Daytona Road Course. We will be starting 1 hour Earlier for the rest of the season to accomadate everyone's time schedule a little better . So it will be 10:00am EST Free Practice 11:00am EST Qualification and 11:30am EST Race Start in GMT it is 3:00pm GMT Free Practice 4:00pm GMT Qulification and 4:30pm EST Race Start.

The Round 1 report will be up soon.
 
Is Mindless going to get atleast 1 pt for pole position? It sucked that we had 2 black screen loading troubles. I got a Message from Cool after the start and after reading it at the end he got it again. Gamesta might want to update the OP to remind people to clear caches before each race.
 
Not sure I can do 3pm every week might miss a few races at that time =/
 
No worries Midi The Race will only start at 4:30 GMT free Practice is at 3:00pm GMT so 30 mins earlier than usual

Gamesta's Round 1 rpeort


The first race of the season was kind of bitter sweet as there weren't that many people on the grid. (conection time restaraints previous engagements). But that didn't stop the action on the track 4 cars started the race and had and intense battle for the first 4-5 laps in which Gamesta ended up due to a mistake pulling a 6 second lead over the battle between NotsoSilent and Terrible1fi. Unfortuneatly there was a racing incident on Lap 3 and forced TheHemulin to pit early.Gamesta was able to hold on to his lead after the first pitstop and gained a small lead over NotSoSilent who was in second. after teh second Pitstop Gamesta lost the lead to NotSoSilent but got the lead back upon the the straight and Gamesta looked like he was going to take his first win in the the series but he caught some grass spinning himself out in the 4th to last corner with NotSoSilent 3 Seconds behind was able to take the lead and fend off Gamesta to the finish line with .123 seconds between them with NotsoSilent winning his first race and getting onto teh podium for the first time in the series.The New Driver to the series Terrible1Fi ended up in third and TheHemulin 4th. I am looking forward to Daytona Road Course and hope to see you all there.

Sorry I had to scram early, wouldn't have been able to finish even if we started asap after the first freeze, especially if it black screened again! 4:30 is a much better time though and hopefully should be able to make pretty much all of those :)
 
Got up at 7 am to race (pacific time us) only to realize you have a typo saying its July 2 -_-

Race is now complete A test session for Round 3 at Nurburgring GP F will be up in a bit I will post here when it is running.
 
The OP has been updated with the most recent point standings. I have a practice/Test room open in my lounge for the next hour or so.
 
Im just wondering if anyone could tell me their fastest time around Suzuka....It would really help me if I knew...thanks
 
I've been getting around 1:58 on Suzuka at my fastest, but haven't done a proper testing session for this race yet so that is just a tentative time at the most.
