In Theory Yes the tunes on each car should be able to match (they are technically the same car)

another great test session got in about 43 laps between two stints with a pit stop each (one stint of 25 and another of 18) got my setup I think ready for Sunday.

Cool race guys. Got myself into 2nd at one stage after Mindless and Pooley had a bit of a fight ahead of me. Had a great fight with Hermulen for the first stint - both swapped 2nd and 3rd on several occasions. All looked good until I pitted - came out behind Xonant who spun right ahead of me - made contact & got damage. Stupidly tried to carry on & spun twice before pitting again. Shame but a great race anyway.

Yeah good race did you see what happened between me and pooley early on Mell? Felt like I got hit then lost control, got some damage 1st corner as well as all the cars accordion into each other lol

Got some more damage later as well, don't even know how.. Slightly touched Hermulen I think it was, yellowhat supra and somehow got damage? Again don't know what happened really... Shame though, if i didn't get damage I could have kept Midi some company at the front lol

Hopefully I'm less unlucky next time just seemed such light touches for damage, maybe I was lagging a bit, dunno. Good race anyway!

I've just checked my replay just in case I was going mad, but there's something wrong with my internet. I've had it a few times where it doesn't show everyone in the lobby! Melluish and Mindless you both didn't appear on my screen during the race! Apologies Mindless for any contact as I never saw you during the race, I will upload some screen shots to show you what I mean. It also showed me as finishing 2nd but I actually finished 3rd!

Good race though, I got hit on turn 1 which meant I had to pit but I had a great battle with Gamesta towards the end! Quite enjoyed that bit!

Both pictures show me on lap 1 in the Castrol Toyota Supra with no one around me, sorry about that I would of had no idea where you were! It only shows 8 people racing too, this is very strange I wonder if anyone else has this problem?! I've seen that happen before, but I'm not sure what causes it. But it's even more weird that some could see you, but you couldn't see them.

The first race in the series is now completed we look forward to a new race this coming Sunday at Suzuka Circuit. Before we get to Suzuka let's recap the race we had today at Fuji Speedway. First of all I would like to say there was a lot of great racing with a few incidents most were racing incidents. The first corner was a little hectic with everyone checking up with various drivers getting damge to there cars resulting in a good number of drivers needing pitting.I had multiple battles for postion on track a 6-7 lap battle with RFLX Niop a 2 lap battle out of the pits with Mindlessriff and a battle for 3rd to the finish with Jasonpooley. Congratulations to Midi458 for taking the win in today's race who just took off from the rest of the field from the opening lap. There were other battles for 2nd 3rd 4th lasting multiple laps.

USE THE BRAKE! the winner is the first after 25 laps not after the first corner!

Lol I was hoping you wouldn't get photographic evidence of my huge slide on the back straight! Don't even know how it happened tbh, hopefully I won't have an embarrassing incident like that next week

Should probably chill a bit next week, and not overdrive, especially first corner, luckily I wasn't as badly damaged as pici, but was pretty tense lol, definitely need to brake earlier turn 1. Fuji has a hairpin turn one so it's harder to keep it clean first corner, Suzukas a bigger turn so should be alright

Hey picigigi - No one would disagree with you. I see it on this forum all the time, people complain about accidents on the first turn on the first lap. Heck, it even happens in real life, true, not as often.

But it instead of quitting, why not use this to your advantage? By that I mean: hang back on the first turn, start late or don't do a qualifying laptop.

I knew I could not win that race, I had difficulties tuning my car: The Nizmo Z all week. On top of that, other drivers' lap times were 1.36-38 compared to my 1.40-42. My car got damaged as well on the first turn. After lap 1, I was in 6 or 7th place, honestly can't remember, but had to pit by lap 8.

i know what you mean but i'm driving in 3 GT500 championship and never at the first corner 3 CARS bump me without braking!

i've done 39 laps and the 2nd best during qualify (midi was the first, not me: pay attention, don't leave the pit to return in lobby if you don't want to lose your position on the starting grid!) so i'm only disappointed.

anyway, no problem for me and i repeat, good luck for your championship.

it doesnt lose your postion if you leave the pit to lobby i dont think anyway, well i never left the pit to lobby anyway and i believe mindlessriff was 1st in qualiy followed by myself then picigigi just dont wanna take that extra point as i know mindlessriff was in 1st after qualiy

I am sad to see you go Picigigi. As it was the first race and this series is for people trying to get to get with grips with a racing series (maybe their first one) still have to get used to racing in this kind of manner especially if they are coming directly form a-spec where there is no damage. After watching the first corner about 5 times now it is almost unavoidable to get a collision in that instance there 5-6 cars all checking up behind you and one after another hit each other and you were hit as well.
