Toyota may be doing everything wrong in F1, but they company has been doing all the right things in everyday production cars. Go do some research on Toyota before you get so negative against them. There are many books about "The Toyota Way" and "Toyota Production System", which shows why they are the ones setting benchmarks in the automobile market.

4 years in F1 with one of the biggest budgets and its still a back runner. Serves them right for being such a souless, max profit company. The company doesnt even have any halo cars.

Do toyotas sell in europe? No not really. And Ive mentioned all the reasons why.

Every company goes for max profit. They'd go under if they didn't. Do you think Ferrari would be able to build the F1 cars they do if they hadn't gone for max profit in the past? Do you think they would be able to do so in the future if they weren't going for max profit right now?

I thought Ferrari were there to sell Fiats and Alfa Romeos. I mean for every Ferrari F430 sold how many Fiat Panda are sold. But you're right about companies going for max profit.
 
Ferrari's are being bankrolled by sponsorchip and fiat mainly. They would struggle otherwise if they were a seperate company. Could ferrari make alot more money if they wanted to? Yes. Why dont they? Because their cars have a soul and history which theyre sticking to.
 
Reminds me of that quote from Enzo: Why are my cars so expensive? Because racing is an expensive business!

Toyota suck they make boring cars and theyre F1 program is pointless. I hope they crash and burn because theyre F1 car has no soul. They arent competing in F1 for the good of the consumer at all.

Yes it turns out the hilux is reliably boring, but topgear managed to turn boring into fun.

I have had a couple toyotas, and my dad even had that ae*** toyota. You know the one that all those drifters go nuts about.
