Can anyone help adjust these gears for maximum performance please.

If you can post pics of the dyno curves (from any power setting or part option, you get the graphs displayed) for each car, I can probably help. The optimum gearing depends on the powerband for the car.

The answer to this request is track dependent. It wouldnt be beneficial to create a setup that on a straight line would be optimized for acceleration but then on a track would end up in you either shifting during cornering or having to wait to shift.

On beyond the apex there is a small section about it: try to find a setup that allows your maximum speed to be achieved and then adjust the lower gears to match the most important corner exits.
