Does any know where i maybe able to find good adjustments for gear ratios on any cars in GT3...But if any of you knows anything like for example the Escudo pikes peak has like a certain gear ratio that makes the car go beyond 230 mph..(just an example) plz post if up i would like to know some glitches and trix in the game also and don't 4get the gear ratios for any cars.

First of all try the "Look here before you ask" thread at the top of this page, as that should answer most of your questions
Because Im here anyway, a general rule the most of the OLR guys use when setting up their gearboxes is:
Final ratio all the way to the right, Auto all the way to the left, then re-adjust your final gear ratio to suit

For even finer tuning then play with the individual gears
