What do you think of MySpace?

Dead space on the internet? The "studio apartment" to Facebooks "two bedroom" to Twitter's "three bedroom condo."

I still have it, don't use it. Twitter FTMFW!

This may sound like a stupid question,:scared: but is the engine louder standing next to it or right next to the exuast? (Family's cars arn't loud enough to tell...)
The exhaust is louder than standing next to engine in the case of the Si. However, my friends have told me the engine sounds louder in the TL. Thus, depends on the car as ROAD said.

My lower eyelid on my right eye keeps twitching and has been for 2 days now. It happens about every 15-20 minutes and it's starting to irritate me. After a search around online one suggestion is that it has to do with fatigue and not getting enough sleep. My sleep schedule has been a bit off lately and I am tire, does this seem plausible or is this something I should keep my eye on (no pun intended)?
Apparantley, it is a lack of potassium in you system. And can easily be solved by eating a banana. I have had it, and do eventually eat a banana but who knows if that's just coincidence or not.

Have you drank any Energy drinks lately?

Yes, I drink Sugar Free Red Bull from time to time and had one of the small cans the other day.

Alright, that's worth a shot. I got a good night sleep last night so I'm going to see if that helped.

Lack of potassium, eh? I'll have to remember that the next time I get what Joey was talking about.

Similar to what ROAD_DOGG33J said, it depends on the exhaust, the intake, how much noise the valvetrain and any accessories under the hood make, etc.

For example, an M3 CSL would probably be louder from the front of the car, because it has a loud intake.

Lack of potassium is also a cause of leg cramps, like when your calf suddenly seizes up when you're asleep.

I ate a couple bananas for breakfast but it's still doing it, not as bad though. I typically take vitamins that contain potassium among other things my body needs because I know I don't eat correctly. I had a decent night sleep too. Oh well if it's not gone when I have my physical next week I'll ask.

I'll have to try the banana thing... but I haven't had it for years.

Engine vs exhaust? With my car, it's exhaust by a mile... mine is strong enough to blow candles out at twenty feet... or was... we had to retune the exhaust cam recently... still trying to figure out the proper advance to get a good balance of top end and low end.

Most production cars, it'll be louder by the engine. New exhausts are whisper quiet... thanks to emissions... two cats, a resonator and a muffler (typical modern set-up) make most new cars whisper quiet at the back.

This can blow out candles at 180 feet. Of course, it's a tiny bit larger than your exhaust, but that's beside the point. :p

My '99 Gran Prix was louder at the exhaust than the engine (especially when it was cold), but my '07 Civic is the oposite.

The transmission and engine in the GTI make all kinds of racket, no matter what the load they will always make some good noise, and will be much louder than the exhaust under regular operation. However, under full load it seems that the exhaust gets quite a bit louder than the engine.

My friend's 9-3 barely makes any exhaust noise. You can hear the engine pretty well, although the turbo whistle and the intake hiss are by far the most prominent sounds.

I don't think that lack of potassium would be the cause of leg cramps. A relative of mine eats bananas everyday and he still gets them.

It’s not just potassium – you also need enough salt and calcium, especially if you exercise a lot.

Well, this probably is what I need also,I been having the lack of sleep and waking up with headaches. Though it is very hot or humid in my room.

Headaches are usually caused by dehydration. Drink plenty of liquids and the headaches should stop. No, beer doesn't count as a liquid.

If the headaches don't stop, it might be a tumor. :p

I mean I dont want to be notified when it blocks popups or if i need to install missing plugins but i still want the popup blocker to work

IIRC you can click Options and turn off the notification bar. My Firefox doesn't have the bar pop down anymore and I think that's how I turned it off.

Does anybody know what you call those metal slats that you see go across some rural roads/highways, and are usually accompanied by cattle signs? I was thinking “cowcatcher”, but that’s what you call the plow-like thing on a train.

Seeing as he's logged in, he shouldn't be getting pop ups, right?

He's not a premium member, so in-site ads aren't disabled for him. The pop-up blocker should only block pop-up windows, but the ad the arrow is pointing to isn't a pop-up. If you want that ad to go away, Rick, you need to buy a premium membership.

You'll find that's called a cattle grid. Prevents hooved animals from crossing over them.

TBH, I can't say I've really noticed any of your posts. Except when you post those dumb Fred videos. So besides that I haven't seen one of your posts and thought to myself, man, this guy is a moron.;)

Its not a Tuma!!! not at all, but we will see. My working conditions are pretty harsh to some if not to the majority. My work have been working lately in 90+ F degree weather for at least 20+ hours a week. I do drink water (plenty of it and I believe that I am still trying not to over drink water) and lemonade. but who knows, the weather wasn't too bad today.
