Thats ashame to because I really like Toronto. I've been there a few times to see a hockey game and the hockey hall of fame.

I don't know, it seems to be that way. But I have met smart Canadians that know better then to talk about a government they know nothing about.

Most people here don't even know anything about our own government, yet they still feel compelled to vote. This city almost single-handidly re-elected the national Liberal party despite the fact that in the past 12 years they were in power, they did virtually nothing other than channel out money to themselves and their business associates.

And again, this city was hugely pro Liberal in the provincial elections. Now people are complaining about how our premier was lying during the election. Any person with an ounce of intelligence would have knew that he was lying, he had too many promises to keep (so far, he's kept one or two, if any at all).

Those are the people I hate, they say stuff with knowing anything. I'm not saying I'm the smartest American, but I know about the government, and I know who I want in power. Thats ashame that Canadians don't care who's in power, I mean someone from a country should well at least care whats going on. I don't know the whole thing with Canadians so I won't say to much.

Thanks dude. I don't seem to be garnering too much support around here. I was beginning to think I was the only one who didn't love America the Great in all of GTP.

But, most are dumbasses, right?

The evidence of their own stupidity and ignorance and bias is right under their noses, and still they choose blindnees instead of sight.

America is the most hated country in the world, and it's not just by those of us who have to live next door to you! Why do you think Americans put Canadian flags on their luggage when they travel? Because the world loves Canada and hates America, and if someone sees the Stars & Stripes on your luggage, they're likely to tell you to s*d off.

The guy who started this thread can't even spell! You Americans like to tell everyone else to "do their research before talking about my country" but perhaps you could all do us a favour and learn how to communicate properly in English before trying to talk to us? Thanks, I'd appreciate that.

I am an American. I've lived in Pittsburgh, Pa for my entire life. Go ahead and make more blind assumptions if you want though. Just because I don't worship the ground that George W. Bush walks on doesn't make me any less American than you.
