Getting hacked on CS:DOD

I was playing DOD CS and some kid kept running off his mouth so I kept punching him to take his life down. He then left and came back and something came up on teh corner of the screen.

Something like this xxxx "poverty hack" xxxx (the x representing numbers and fullstops"

Whats the likeness this tool hacked me? I disconnected from steam as soon as I saw it.
 
Yeah it was layed out like that.

So can this guy do anything to my pc? My norton firewall and anti virus is up to date 2005 edition. One of the other people also mentioned something about a trojan.
 
Well, first, call your ISP and have them drop you a new IP. Then reset your modem and have it re-address itself to the new IP. Run the latest signature release of your virus scan, and play on. The most this punk could probably do, is notify you of your IP. It's a low-ball threat.
