Getting used to a wheel?

Just got a G27 and a Wheel Stand Pro for christmas and I love them both. Im still getting use to changing gears other than that it is so much more fun with the wheel

Yes it is. :D It's from a M-class, I bought it at a garage sale for just 5 euros including an old wheelcover for the Mercedes-Benz W123. ;)
 
When I got my DFGT last month, I wrapped the wheel in grip tape to help give it a better feel and it works wonderfully.....much better than the controller. I am still getting used to the feedback but it makes the game feel more realistic....
 
It takes a bit of time depending how much you play with, but most importantly, if you can get your head to wrap around the fact that FFB should not control you but you as the driver should be in control.


What i mean by that is : dont let FFB tell you what to do... no matter the reaction, you as the player decide to hold tight on your trajectory..
