Ghosting

Please fix your penalty system and make it perm ghosting or at the very least for the lower ranks. I'm sick of fighting it out for top 3 positions and having someone break VERY late or not at all it seems sometimes and send you into the dirt. Or they cut in on the inside lane, go out wide to lose control and come flying back onto the track just to wipe you out. It ruins the game and they don't get penalised for it anywhere near enough to how much you have your race ruined.

Please just make it perm ghosting or just for Cs and Bs and below maybe. Or set it based on spd. So once you hit a certain spd you can't be hit. Once people ACTUALLY slow down for a corner a little fighting for position is fine. But I shouldn't get wiped out because I nailed the corner and someone else fail miserably do well over 100mh

It’s sad that we need a game to code around bad, clumsy or just idiotic driving.

Game to humans: fix your driving standards and use your brake pedal/fingers more. Stop hitting each other.

In all seriousness it’s not the game it’s the have to win at all costs mentality that is conditioned socially in to people but also how you have to chase down the AI and subsequently how they make contact or you make contact.

As a side note, in VR the AI doesn’t drive half as bad as we think, it’s slow and brakes hilariously but it’s not malicious and very much aware of where the player is.
