Gift Car issues

I have the newsest release car from the gt academy event sitting in the community gift section but every time I click on the recieve all or the car itself my system doesn't do a thing. It doesn't say car recieve or any other message, it just sits there but I can click on it multiple times and all it does is the pinging sound when you choose something. Theres no sound like it isn't working and I really want the car. If anyone knows what I can do to get my car out of the gift section it would be very helpful, its driving me insane.

Items sometime get stuck for some reason, just get someone to send you a paint chip and it should free your stuck item when you collect them. 👍
