Gift card Level 21 for FGT or any other car I have

I want a gift card level 21 or higher for any car I have.

I have all the prize cars in A-Specs up to Endurance except the one in Formula GT Championship. I also have all the prize cars in B-Specs up to the third race in Endurance (Minolta, Zonda, Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II, etc...)

I also have:
FGT, Xanavi nismo Z'06, Veyron, Nismo 380RS Super Leggera, Celica GT-Four (TTE WRC, '95), C4 Wrc, Montoya Nascar Impala, Lexus LFA fully tuned, Gallarado fully tuned, Ferrari F599, Ferrari 458 Italia, etc...
I might be able to get the F2007 but I have to work on that later today.
