This topic is for all the people with BAD luck. The people that got crappy cars, ugly cars, slow cars and duplicate cars. My experience is below, if you have a crappy gift ticket/birthday experience as well, feel free to add!
I am like level 30 on a-spec and b-spec, So I had my share of gift tickets but none of them gave me a car I didn't have or doesn't completely suck.
It's hard to remember them all, but what I do remember is that I got the Carbon R Skyline TWICE ( and I already owned 2, so now I have 4 of them ugly mofo's!!!
). It must be one of the most ugly cars in the game, horrible polygons on that one and it looks like it ported from GT 1 or 2. Sad part about it is that the Carbon R is the "best" car I've had so far with all my gift tickets. I had some ugly 80's Japanese car with like 80 bhp which was worth 12k if sold 👎, a lame daihatsu sirion with 60 bhp and even for my birthday I got the most ugly car in the world: The Mitsubitsi Starion '84.
So to all of you fellas outthere that have got LM racing cars, Classic race cars, 787B's and other expensive and rare cars with your freakin' gift tickets and birthdays consider yourself lucky. I had to do it with 4 crappy ugly duplicates and some other crappy cars with less than 100 hp that were all worth squat and were ugly as hell.
The next gift ticket better bring me something decent!
