Are you 7 kid, the only ignorant and failing guy i'm seeing here is actually you, you dont make any sense. And you didn't read properly.

You all look like a bunch of 3 year old spoiled brats who need a spanking. Settle down...

Surely the "cheat" has existed in every Gran Turismo? I used to regularly copy my saves onto numerous memory cards for others to play, if people wish to not play the game properly then that is there choice, they paid for the game like everyone else. They're only cheating themselves from the accomplishment of anything. The "gifting" was made into trading by people, I never saw it as intended to be a trading system because if it was I'm sure it would have been more smoothly applied with a better restriction instead of 1 car per day (now per 24 hrs).

Exactly... The function is "gift car to a friend"" not "trade car"

Its after being made a trading just by people as they like the idea of trading one car for another...

If some people want to trade cars and then get their own back, then fair enough let them at it as its the way they want to play the game and its the way they will enjoy it as they don't want to let any car go.

Others will like the idea of trading one car for another however and thats how they enjoy using the system.

Others use the system for tuning a car for people and thats how they enjoy the game.

So all in all, I don't see any problem with any approach as its ones own game to do whatever they like with it as they paid money for it a month or so ago and its their time they are spending to play it.

I liked the idea of a possible proper trading system or tuning market to the game such as you actually pay for cars on an online market like Forza or pay people to tune your car which I would have throughly enjoyed but this isn't the case especially with the one car per day limit **** so I see the "gifting" function to do whatever you like with it be it "cheating", trading, tuning or actually just giving a friend a present:)

Ah we got a retard here......... dumb guy.

Now now, no name calling here.... Calm down.

Ah we got a retard here, trying to make a point on a word that got mistyped. On an different language then the poster native one.How many languages do you speak, dumb guy.

I speak 4 languages including english ''dumb guy'', and this thread is another waste; all you needed to do was use the search bar to find the duping thread...

Guys, one question. If i want to share a car with someone by giving it as a gift, and i want my car back after the trade.

How does it actually work.

I have copied mine original mainfile to an second account.

What to do from there, deleting mainfile on main account, and copying the old file from the second account. Does that work?

Also, why is it not possible to have 2 files at the same time, when i use mine second account to play GT5 with the original file, it never shows the current carreer i have been on. It actually starts over again. Can you only play one file at the same time on the ps3?

Ahh

More than one question :)

It's not possible to have 2 files at the same time because The Save game file is linked to your psn account. Whilst you can back it up and copy it to another user on your PS3. if you log in as that user(a different psn account) gt5 recognises that this is not your save game and creates a new one(overwriting your game save!).

That said, if you plug a USB stick into your PS3.
you can backup your gt5 save file to the USB drive.
Gift your car
Quit the game
restore from your saved game file on your usb disk.
and it's back in your garage...

do you guys think pd/sony have a way of tracking if you've duplicated cars?

is it against any kind of of agreement or policy?

that said i haven't done it and probably wont.

Dumb child, google translation doesn't count as knowing a specific language. And no you dont speak 4 languages. And about the search bar, already have used, without the satisficing answer. Beside that, it's a forum, search for the definition of it, if you dont know.

Sony has nothing to do with this. It's not against any policy and if it was, the would had made a statement about it. Also, the birthday glitch didn't got fixed, which i asume, the dont care about it.

Ok. but that means you can only do this when you have an usb stick to use on?

Are you dumb, if you readed properly, you could have seen, that i'm referring to a guy. His only answer was off-topic and trolling. I'm not the one pointing at someone when making an misspelling (in an different language) or correcting someone on it, so for your own sake think before writing someting.

But yes people should just stay on-topic.

This guy is classic gold.

Well I think its great that PD listened and unlocked the saved data. I think it's pretty sad that in less than a week it's being used to dup cars. It's a cheat no matter how you justify it. There are two cars when only one was earned. It's a cheat.
