Gifting car not recieved

Anyone know what happend, i sended a car to someone for trading, the car got dissapeared from mine list, but the person didn't recieved it from the server.

Is it still possible for errors while trading? Or could it be an delay which would get fixed?
 
Yeah, this is a fault with the game, it's happened to alot of people, I've lost 4 cars this way.

BUT follow these steps and it wil help:

1) SAVE game (the red icon on bottom left of GT Life home page)

2) Then check your profile - does all your gt5 friends appear in a column as they should, sometimes when I go to my profile my friends are not showing.

If they are not showing, DO NOT try and send a car. Log out and then Log in again, go back to profile and check to see if your friends are there.

If they are, then send car, if not log off GT5 completely and reload game.

Never try and send a car if your fiends are not appearing in your profile.

Since I have been doing this I have not lost 1 car, and everyday I send a car to a friend.

But is the car lost if he said he didn't recieved, or could it be a delay? But he did said before we traded that he couldn't see me online, i saw him in the community list but not with a green dot behind his name. Those steps are just procedures before sending ;).

Yes, there is a delay of maybe 1 / 2 / 3 minutes, but it should not be any more than a few minutes.

How long ago did you send it..??

What did the message say when you sent car - ''Operation successfull'' or ''Invalid''..??

succesfull i think. The picture of the car after backing the file up is gone. But the car is still there.

If so, follow the steps I mentioned and try again.

Have you already sent a car today, you can only send one car per day, midnight is the cut off point.

So if you send a car, you have to wait until it's 12:01PM before you can send another, but you can send paint chips or horns etc in the same day as you send a car, again midnight is cut off point for these.

What i mean with ''the car is still there'' is: after the trading i backed the file up for restoring. The only thing what has been changed is the picture of the trading item, it got disappeared. My account is on a trading limit now, and cant send it again.
 
I don't know, to be honest, I don't really understand what's happened.

I'm sorry, this has not hapenned to me, I'm not sure if I can help, but maybe someone else might know.
