Sorry, have been a little busy in recent months...
Emma Elizabeth Guthrie was born 6 weeks early on 25th May 2004. She weighed 4lb 11oz, and had a three-week stay in hospital while she learnt some relatively basic skills, like breathing and eating.
Since then she's been making up for lost time. She's doubled her birthweight, and is already on her third set of clothes sizes. She's proven to be an absolute joy to have around.
The one thing I will advise new parents though is this: Talk. Plan ahead. Agree strategy.
Because at three in the morning, with a screaming baby, if the two of you disagree on what you're going to do, then things are only going to get worse.
