It all depends on what you have done so far in the game.....

Personally, I would say start buying EVERY car that you can in the game, there are over 1000 afterall, so should kepe you busy for a while :)

GLad to see you took my idea on board hehe, even if it will cost you a damn site more than 15mil....

My suggestion to you, and anybody else once thats done? tune ALL 1000+ cars :P and I mean properly tune em, set em up as proper track/drift/rally cars :P susupension settings etc the lot :P :D
 
I currently have a bit over 18 million credits and I just randomly buy interesting cars from the used car dealership, no matter what their prices are. I'm looking forward to getting some Chaparrals.
 
Well, you can easily spend 15 mil on LM cars and this will be money, well spent.
However, 15 mil. is also the splendid Miura. One of the best cars to drive in the game. It literally dances under your driving inputs and is a blast to drive on the Supercar Nostalgia Seasonal.
Just make sure you never, ever add a tuning part to it or install unrealistically sticky tires. Enjoy!

There is a seasonal event with ferraris where you get 500k per race. Just keep racing and eventually the millions will keep comimg

Youre just like my friend. He's never had less than 14 million bucks. He always complains that he has 20 mill

And he has like <50 cars in his garage
