Glowing text!

I thought about glowing text could be designed in GTP 5.

Example: [glow=red10]text[/glow]
The 10 would stand for how strong the glow is. the "red" would stand for the glow color (duh! :rolleyes: )

Jordan,If you have a tag maker in GTP 5 you should be able to find the HTML code somewhere.Maybe I can find one for ya. ;)

Sounds stupid and stupid people will go around glowing their entire posts. Although stupid people only make one word posts, they will make their 4500 word signatures glow as well.

Stupid idea, and I hate stupid ideas.
 
Actually, I'm about 90% sure there's even another thread on glowing text in this forum.
 
No, this idea is stupid. Could you imagine how junky GTPlanet would look with everyone using this sort of style? :thumbsdow

Also meme, I think we all know that the "red" would stand for the glow color. It is kind of obvious. Rolling your eyes makes you look dumb. Ha.

Just because you don't agree with someone's suggestion that has already been mentioned before does not give you the right to bash and abuse them. Now, back on topic... I like glowing text, when used properly. However, I don't think it would be used properly here. I've seen it used heavily on a lot of other forums, and to be honest, it looked extremely tacky.

No strength of the glow is needed. Or maybe when you reache a certain amount (2000/3000) you get a glowing custom title. Just a thought.

Thats true, every forum ive visted that has the glow text, to be honest looks awfull and I can barely read the text.

The use of glowing text in signatures is the specific improper use I was referring to earlier.
 
oh ok Jordan :o. So maybe only then limited to the custom title's below the user name after they reach a certain amount of posts?
