If you have tickets that are in your items list -- you click on the ticket and it will give you the choice to "give to friend" -- if you click on that -- a list of your friends in GT5 will come up and you click on that friend -- same as sending a car.
The tickets work better for most people because they aren't blocked by price

If you own one of the tickets send a FR and today (about 12 pm GMT +00) i send you the 5 chromes.
