I've put in wayyy too much time into attempting this. I'm frustrated beyond belief! I just want to have it behind me and go back to having fun. I know this requires me to share my PSN info + save but the worst that could come out of that is I lose my account. I have never linked a CC to it so i'm not too worried.

PM me if you're interested.

what are you asking people to do?
 
Get the three gold trophys in the vettel challenge.

Recover my PSN id, I send you my most recent save. You do the work and I give you anything out of my garage that you want after you send me back the save with the golds.

If you have the stealth/chrome line cars I would not mind to at least gold Monza...

but if the OP divulges his PSN ID, whomever logs in under it can go to the PSstore, and download the cars to their console, thus adding the cars to their own garage.

They can be traded, there's just some tricky steps you gotta take.

This is not a bad idea, and I wondered if it was feasible. I have three accounts that I have golded the challenge after they got to level 30 A spec. It takes me a little over an hour to do all three courses. I do Monza last and the first run I finish the second lap is a gold run to get the three X-2010s in one shot. Anyway I'm not at home for the next week where my DFGT wheel is located, and I'm sure someone can do them in less than an hour. Good luck.

i Have not tried this yet do they give you the vettel to do it with as he does not have one in his garage

I don't mind helping you, but I can only gold Monza. I got Silver at Nurburgring and Bronze on Suzuka (only tried a few times, but is much more difficult).

I can do it, but im only would do this for one or 2 stealth cars...

Asking to gold my Vettel´s is like winning a tournament without even playing the final just to show my name in the winners list.
 
I've golded every license test in all five iterations of Gran Turismo. I still have my PS1 and the only games I still own are the very first Need for Speed and GT1 & 2. I spent an entire day tracking down a copy of GT2 on launch day.

I almost yanked every hair out of my head waiting 2+ minutes to even attempt the SLR Nurburgring challenge in GT4 but I eventually beat it. I had to buy a DF PRO and a Bob Earl VRC to do so, but I beat it.

The Vettel challenge relies more on reaction times at borderline superhero levels than it does skill.

If you're not willing to help my cause or progress this thread in a positive manner don't post here.
 
its a good idea. i would rather have 10 MORE skylines/rx7s than that car. i dont blame you at all. its twice as stupid as the asm/abs on the nascar challenge.
 
Trying to do this challenge with a controller is just a joke! I am going to set my wheel up later, if i get anywhere near i will let you know ;) so far i have bronze on everything but suzuka!
