I don't know if any of you know but I just completed the 24h of the Nurburgring in B-spec and I golded everything except 9h Tsukuba, 24h Le Mans and 24h Nurburgring A-spec.
I gained the gold trophy so I guess to get it you just have to gold all events, doesn't matter if it's B-spec or A-spec.
