Good FF and FR cars

Well, what do you guys think are the best FF or FR cars. Because i am looking at buying some FF and FR cars for the races. I have like 7.1 million so just say any car.

Best FR car in my opinion - TVR Speed 12

For FR cars,
The Viper GTS has the highest upgraded HP.
The Speed 12 has the highest base HP.
I personally like the Altezza LM Race Car.

For FF cars,
Integra has the highest upgraded HP.
The Xsara has the highest base HP and is said to handle better.
I like the Spoon Civic Type R.
I know someone that swears by the Fiat though. :P

For the FR I like the Viper GTSR Team Oreca.

For the FF I like the Spoon Civic Type R.

Well, I meant for racing not for the 1337 skillz, if it's for the latter, then PITZ ALL THE WAY!!! ;)
 
FF = Fiat. some say the citroen, other swear by the ITR, not me tho cause i know i can whoop em all in a Fiat

FR = too many to chose from. altezza LM, rx7 LM, Astra...
 
I agree with Dodge the Viper but I have posted some alternates for best FF and FR cars:
FF: Citreon Xsara Rally Car (alt. Fiat Coupe)
FR: TVR Speed 12 (alt. Mercedes-Benz CLK Race Car D2)
 
Thanks for the help, I think i am going to use the Citroen Xsara for the FF challenges i still need to do. But I just hate FR cars, they overturn too much. I wanted the TVR Speed 12 but instead i won the griffith, so now i have to wait to get the super liscence so i can win it in the polphony digital cup. Until then i guess i might use the Falcon. But if u can find a better FR car, tell me.
 
The Falcon and C5R are both fun to drive but are both murder on front tires. This makes them very tedious for me to drive in the races with tire wear on.

I really prefer the Viper in both forms to those cars. The Oreca Viper is probably my favorite car in the game so far.

Also, do a search for "save and reload trick" to learn how you can more-or-less choose your prize car instead of relying on pure luck.

I know how to get cars without pure luck. I am quite good at it too, but when the TVR drumroll came i was too late to do my trick and it gave me a griffith. But at least there is a race i didnt do in the series so i can go through the series again and win the Speed 12, but that would take to long.

If you "hate FR cars, they overturn too much" I can't wait to see what you think of the Speed 12... :D
 
It's a handful in stock form; it takes total concentration when done out. My advice to you is to stay off the gas totally in the turns and only feed it throttle when it's pointed the direction yoiu want to go and the front wheels are already straight.

Do you have a Speed Six? Drive it for a while, maxed out, on T2s. Then imagine everything happening 50% faster than that.
 
The Speed 12 IS great, but if you don't like oversteery cars, you're boned.

As neon says, it's a 100% concentration car - my favourite in the game (with the Lotus Motorsport Elise(.
 
Well... stock I'd rather have the Spoon Civic, TRD Celica or, for PD Cup, Honda Integra. But it does sound nice.

Pity that FIAT dealers in real life are such tools, otherwise there might be more of them on the road (or in garages being fixed)... :D

Famine I personally would disagree with you on the FR choices.

FR race car tuned or not the Calsonic is just unbelievable. It stops on a dime and turns in sharper than any other FR car I have driven.
With only a stage1 turbo upgrade in the 15 lap race at Monaco I've beaten the Toyota GT1, R390, the lot. Considering the Stage one upgrade puts the power on a more equal base to the GT1 and R390 due to their weight advantages.

while it lacks straight line speed due to areodynamics, as an overal package it is hard to beat.
 
The calsonic skyline is FR!? I just solved my FR problem, I am gonna go win the pro Red Emblem race and using that. But the Citroen sucks for an FF car, I might get the FTO, its nice and it is a great FF car. Along with the integra.

i think all ff suck excluding sppon civic type r... citroen... and the celica type m or whatever just cause i won proff ff with it... common the cit has gor to be the best ff... i am no expert tho i dislike ff because they do not like to oversteer...

y dont you like oversteer kevin... oversteer is your friend... as long as you dont spin out... its oversteer that saves you from understeer... it understeer without the option of oversteer that one should fear... i dislike sand and grass very much...

as for the best fr car... for speed that is not race spec... i count the speed twelve as a race car... just cause it can keep up with them... and has df... and doesnt look at all like the speed twelves i have ever seen in books or whatever... but that might just be my books lol...

anyways the best road car in fr has got to be between

and maybe the...

fairlady z
and other cars that people love to death

i kinda ranked them in the order i percieve them in...

tuscan takes the title for me if race cars or race car equals are taken out of hte game
 
Well what's the point of having "race car equals" taken out of the game? ;) You could be defining a Beetle Cup Car, which is a racing car, and most of the FR cars on your list can easily beat it...;)
