I don't know wether it's GTP or this computer but every page on GTP I view is covered with adds by google which is very annoying for viewing GTP.

Any solution for this or do I have to change this computer's settings or whatever 'cause these adds are driving me crazy  :ouch:

I assume Premium isn't an option to you? Go Premium and they all disappear. Or get some sort of pop-up blocker. I personally don't have Premium, but only because I'm too lazy to get a Paypal account. Plus the ads don't bother me that much.

Could you post a screenshot? You should only see two Adsense units, and they should really not be intrusive...

You have a few solutions.

Firefox with Adblock, where every ad imaginable is blocked, where you don't see them.

If you use IE, there's Admuncher, but it blocks stuff that are not ads.

Or, you could be helpful to the GTP community, and fork over the $4 for the month or the $40 for the year, and get ad blocking, with a crapload of other cool features.

I see two on the top left of every page + the bottom of every page is covered with adds.

They must be able to.

Just hit print screen, and paste into MSPaint.

Here are some pics I took on my PC (Firefox).

Unregistered user
An unregistered user can see an ad on top of the page :

another ad at the end of post #1 :

and another one between post #1 and post #2 :

Registered user
A registered user (as you are), has a much smaller top ad :

a much smaller google ad, and nothing between post #1 and post #2 :

A premium user has no ad at all.
Do these pics match what you can see on your own screen ?

why install extra software when you can get rid of them yourself.

Close your browser.

Clear Temp Internet files.

Go to:
Windows XP = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Windows 2K = C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC
Win 98/ME = C:\WINDOWS

Open the 'HOSTS' file with Notepad.

and below where it says '127.0.0.1 localhost' copy/paste this:

#Sphinx Rules
127.0.0.1 a.tribalfusion.com
127.0.0.1 ads.digitalpoint.com
127.0.0.1 media.fastclick.net
127.0.0.1 pagead2.googlesyndication.com

So you end up with this:

127.0.0.1 localhost
#Sphinx Rules
127.0.0.1 a.tribalfusion.com
127.0.0.1 ads.digitalpoint.com
127.0.0.1 media.fastclick.net
127.0.0.1 pagead2.googlesyndication.com

Save the 'HOSTS' file in Notepad.

Close the 'HOSTS' file and the 'etc' folder and you're done.

My opinion would be why do it yourself when you can install extra software that does it ?
For Firefox users, you just need to click once to install Adblock and click a second time to install the Adblock updater.

Because you are the one in control. You decide what you want to block and what not to block.

How long does it take to type; '127.0.0.1 blockthis.com'?

I also use Firefox when I decide to use it and I don't want to install yet another add-on. I'm in control by doing it myself, I don't need software to do something I can easily do myself. :)

OK...enough debate on which way to cheat the system is best...
