Has anyone picked up the new album yet? It came out a while ago, i'm surprised no one's made a thread...

I like the more laid back tempo this album has, and it's definitely more easy going but with still really cool beats.

You might have heard "Feel Good Inc." in a recent iPod commercial, with all the retro skaters. Man that's trendy.

What do you think of the album?
 
Feel good inc has been in regular rotation on the station I listen to and I quite like it.

I don't think i'll pick up the album though.
 
I got it on the day it came out! 👍 There is a gorillaz thread, so I've been posting there.

I bought the limited edition that came with the bonus DVD. While it doesn't quite match the level of their first album, it still is definitely worth the purchase IMO. I love Damon Albarn's vocal so much, I wish he'd do blur, gorillaz, and go on solo too. :)
 
albarn's a genius but his voice sucks.

I got the album a few weeks ago. I really like it alot. I like dare and the mountain called monkey alot too. And, of course feel good inc. I pretty much like every one of the songs.
 
I've been wanting to get the album, but I live in a small town, and I dont think my local Wal Mart Carries it.... Oh well, I may go to Best Buy today, so Maybe i can get it today. I dont know yeat though.
 
Feel Good Inc. has such a funky rhythm. I got the album but I haven't really gotten into it. I just play safe and listen to the track I like.

The only songs I've heard from this album is "Every planet we reach is dead" and "Feel Good Inc."
