have you tried codejunkies.com? they should have the most recent codes. there's a variety of sites though, gamefaqs.com ign.com, etc....do a google search and you might get lucky.
ya i did a lot of searchign on google and codejunkies but nothing about the HP modifiers. only found codes for the old action replay. i wish there was a conversion program or somethign. i think it's dumb they changed the code structure with the new system without giving us anyway to convert the old codes over
