I've been messing around for a few days on the car tuning for the FIA manu race at the big Willow track.
Until today, I thought I had it dialed in fairly well. Now that people are putting down practice lap times, I see that the top drivers are about 2.5 seconds faster.
In the Gr.3 Corvette, I'm at 1:09.9. There's a Corvette in the top 10 at 1:07.8.
I watched his lap replay, and his car isn't really faster, but it can corner waaaayyyy better. He can carry more speed through every turn. For instance, at turn 2, his speed doesn't drop below 127 mph. My car won't even make the turn without getting down to @115 mph.

Apparently, I was mistaken when I thought I knew what adjustments to make. :embarrassed:
Does anyone know how to make the Gr.3 cars corner really well?

I don't know how it work now after the last physics updates , but it was driving very well around suzuka in july 2019.

If anyone has a good tune for the RX Vision, I'd love to give it a go. I'm just fumbling in the dark with my current attempts.
