Is there supposed to be different liveries for each of the GR2 cars?
Out of the 2 liveries options you have for each car, the only difference I see is the driver name, and I cant even tell if that changes.
Outside of that the 2 look exactly the same. Is that another glitch or is that how its supposed to be, if so what's the point when you cant see the name?

Of course, you can find them in the discover section.

Yes, that is the most common way for a team to change their cars for different drivers. Usually only one driver has a number and a name on their car. Unless it's an endurance race with multiple drivers, then it has one number and multiple names.

You can see the name, you just didn't notice it, and it's not a glitch.

You can tell them apart one gr2 car has a red light in front window, other has blue.

Super GT is an endurance based championship, with 2 drivers per car.
The only difference is the mentioned red/blue light that indicates to audience which driver is in the car. The driver suit and helmet would be redundant, as you use your own suit and helmet.

Other liveries? Livery editor is the answer, or just try to find people who already shared other liveries to the new models.

This is the best advice with the Super GT cars, within a couple of days of the update the entire 2016 Super GT grid was available.

There is literally infinite number of them in the Discovery section :) and you can find some very beautiful replicas if you're lucky.
I would prefer official liveries from PD with proper name and details that each team has in their cars.
Like it was in gt6, you had many versions of one car.

That would be nice, if we could choose them in livery options ;)

But that kind of doesn't really make much sense for a few reasons, Granted it would have been nice if PD had been clever enough to let us edit the name section of the racing items in more depth i.e placement or a textbox for us to input actual names and ability to choose which flag goes with a specified name instead of specifically needing to make an svg file just for it.

It also makes sense to use the community created liveries, I can name a few people who make spot on replicas like @doubleg213 or even myself occasionally (however not always for a specific car, only so many hours in the day) It saves PD having to spend the time and probably money licencing and creating them and while not specific to Gr2 there will be racing teams that are less known that PD probably wouldn't think to get in contact with.

We can only work with the tools PD gave us sadly, But hey its better than the alternative of getting nothing.

Heres 3 for you from the 2017 season! Discovery, livery, #xpower75. Please like and share any liveries you download. Thanks, and enjoy!

One difference between the 2 different driver choices is the light on the windscreen. For one driver its blue and for the other it is red, have a look for yourself on dealership screen, its a small light on the top right of the windscreen :>
