and yes, maybe there arent that many skylines, but they can create them no? as the fantasy LM cars, they can make "programmer Tachido Tumoko's Skyline" and "Editor in chief yokomi chiro's lancer V" or, you know... "penzoil nismo skyline" and then, "penzoil zexel skyline"
yeah, they'd be the same with the exception of the zexel lettering on te other one. it will happen, you'll see @.@

Id BET my house that, if GT4 had 2000 cars, 1500 of them would be japanese, and half of them would be absolute crap (and I mean it... a ford taurus would be better). and guess what??

because i always bought all cars in all the games...GT 1, 2, 3...

NOT THIS TOPIC! :mad: NOT AGAIN!!! :banghead: We've already pulled the words about this UPSIDE DOWN :banghead: , there will be many cars in GT4, but no more than 1000. :eek:
 
The MD of Polyphony stated at E3 that the game would include 'over 500 cars' and that is the ONLY official line on what will be included.. !!

2000 is not correct (although they can try and prove me wrong, but the release date would be put back another 2 years to get that many cars).

100 tracks isn't right either, unless they are including reverse tracks and 'shortened' sprint versions of existing tracks.

I would say, expect about 50 tracks in total.
 
I read somewhere that theres gonna be 50 tracks, and there gonna be able to be played in reverse, now that sounds more reasonable and the new dvd cds that they have out now are like 20gigs a piece, so u could fit 2,000 cars on there, but if they ever do that ,they're gonna make the game 2 cds so it wont look like crap
 
PD are quoting 'over 500 cars' - still good, but makes 2000 seem near-impossible.

GT3 had about 200 to 220. So use a Dual-Layered DVD-ROM and voila! You get double everything. Think McFly, think...
