I used to have a dvd with cheat for various games, including GT4. It had quite a lot.of cheats, like money, ia not driving, full garage etc. I found it on an old ps magazine, I didn't even know what it was when I bought that magazine xD I can look for it and tell you the name, though I doubt it will be easy for you to find.
